Our Favorite Tequila & Mezcal Cocktails

The Best Margaritas I’ve Ever Had

Whether you’re enjoying a margarita alone or with friends, there is no excuse not to enjoy the best margarita. For a great margarita, you need the right ingredients: a good tequila and fresh citrus can really help you step up your cocktail game.

Rosé Paloma

Perfect for picnics or as an evening cocktail, the Rosé Paloma is the perfect union of dry, floral rosé and smooth, bright tequila.

Smoky Rosemary Margarita

So whether you’re curled up by the fire as the last winter storms breeze through the street or you’re soaking up the first emerging rays of Springtime Sun, this is the perfect cocktail to keep you company.

Poetic Justice

This rich, approachable cocktail is a marriage of two of my favorite classics, the Whiskey Sour and the wildly popular Paloma. Meaning “Dove” in Spanish, the Paloma hails from Mexico, and it’s a balanced cocktail that’s simultaneously sweet and sour with just the right amount of bitterness.

Spicy Mezcal Margarita

We love Mezcal, tequila’s stronger, smokier cousin. So for this recipe, during the fall months, we use Mezcal – it gives an extra warm feeling when mixed with bold peppers. The Aleppo-salt rim adds to the complexity and blends well with the vibrancy of a spicy cocktail.

Watermelon Paloma

As we step into Women’s history month, let’s raise a cocktail to the women who made cocktail culture what is today.
